The Business and Research Center at Garden City offers
modern space in a architecturally distinctive building. This reinforced

tenants with a need for immediate wet laboratory and offers built-in systems to
deliver nitrogen, helium and compressed air; a pure water system, HEPA filter
hoods, Hamilton Safe Air Hoods and office space with support seating.
Elevators: The building has a 7-person passenger
elevator with a capacity of 1,200 pounds and a freight elevator with a 10,000
pounds capacity.

Utilities: The building has dual 13,200 volt feeders
with electricity supplied by the Long Island Power Authority. Emergency power
is provided by a 200-kw, 480 volt Diesel generator. Gas is provided by KeySpan
Energy.
8 Loading Docks: 6 on the east side and 2 on the south
side.
Parking: 500 spaces in a new fully drained and
landscaped parking lot, 12 covered parking spaces.
