The Business and Research Center at Garden City is a mixed use
redevelopment of the former Bristol Myers Squibb campus, situated on 7.5 acres
at the corner of Stewart Avenue and the Meadowbrook Parkway in Garden City. The
project's two buildings, originally designed by noted modernist architect Paul
Rudolph, are undergoing major renovation to be suitable for office space,
multi-tenant warehousing, manufacturing, research and development, and
laboratory space for today's most demanding users.
